CAPE FEAR RIVER TRAIL
A very long and fun bike ride.
We road on the rail road tracks for a while. By the time we
got off the tracks our arms felt like jello.
David carried everything, he's so sweet to me.
We left early that morning to ride to the Cape Fear River trail from our apartment. We took the back way. Which meant that we road through sand, over underbrush, and on the rail road track. Once we got to the paved trail, it felt like heaven. We had a great morning. David had thought to pack a picnic breakfast and we took a break to eat before turning around. We met a nice old man along the way. On the way home we took the main roads, At that point I don't know if I could have taken the tracks again. When we got home we got cleaned up and collapsed on the floor. It was a great day.

OUR WEDDING DAY
The happiest day of our lives We were married in the Manti Temple
July 3rd 2010
It was a beautiful Summers day with just a little wind.
Family and friends where there to share the moment.
We had had our reception the night before, that way we were able to focus on the temple and the covenant we were making with one another and the Lord.
It was a Wonderful day.

David and I both grew up in Springlake Utah. We served missions. David in Monterey Mexico and I served Santiago Chile. When David came home from his mission in February 2007 I was preparing to go on my mission. We became really good friends during that time. I left for the mission in September 2007. We kept in touch through letters. While I was gone David Joined the Army National Gard. After finishing basic training in Atlanta GA, David went through and passed Selection for the Army Special Forces. He was in Fayetteville, NC when I came home from my mission. I was in Utah. We talked and emailed a few times. That Summer at his sisters wedding I saw David for the first time since my mission. All of a sudden I had feelings that I hadn't had before for DAVID...Weird. Unwilling to face these feelings it wasn't till Christmas that I really admitted to myself that I liked David Kittell. During those months we talked on the phone (as friends) almost everyday that we could. At Christmas we spent a lot of time together and new years we shared our first kiss. We kept in touch by phone (text mostly) by valentines day he had told me he loved me. He sent me flowers on my birthday, after that I was a goner. I love flowers. :) I saw him two days later. He flew into the Las Vegas airport for his grandfathers funeral. During that time I was looking through his iPhone for information on the earthquake in Chile. I saw several web pages he'd been looking at for engagement rings. That freaked me out a little. I didn't know if I liked it. I went out to see David in North Carolina in April 2010. We had been talking about the possibility of marriage. We where praying, going to the temple, and we had fasted together. Still I didn't have my answer. While I was there we went to the temple. There I knew that I wanted nothing less than eternity with David. As we got in his car there in front of the temple. He asked me to marry him. I said yes. Two and a half months later we were married on July 3rd 2010 for time and all eternity in the Manti temple. The day after we moved me to NC. And here we are. Happy.
